国际学生入学条件
You must have an undergraduate (bachelor's) degree to apply to a master's degree program, and you must have a master's or educational specialist degree to apply to a doctoral program.
The William & Mary School of Education receives applications each year from all over the world, and we understand the difficulties students have communicating with higher education institutions that are in a different country. Because we value international students, we hope to make the admission procedure as smooth as possible for everyone.
Although a minimum score for admission has not been issued, international students who are typically admitted score at least 100 on the Internet version of the TOEFL (or comparable score on other versions of the exam) or a 7.0 on the IELTS, or a score of 95 on the Duolingo English Test.

课程简介
William & Mary's Executive Ed.D. programs offer an alternative to the traditional delivery model for the doctorate degree without sacrificing the quality education historically associated with William & Mary. Courses are taught primarily by regular School of Education faculty members, in a format that better meets the needs of working practitioners. The program is designed for educators with master's degrees who are currently serving in or seeking administrative roles. Our scholarly-practitioner model resides at the intersection of theory, inquiry and practice. Your coursework and research will complement your professional practice and will be enriched by deep collaboration with the expert community of practitioner-scholars you join. The Executive Ed.D. format fits the work and lifestyle of today's educational professionals. All programs are designed to allow students to maintain full-time employment while earning a doctorate degree in as little as three years. The concentrations in K-12, Gifted and Higher Education Administration follow a hybrid format. The program includes two years of coursework, delivered in summer sessions, weekends, and distance formats, as well as applied dissertation research. The two-week summer sessions are provided at W&M's campus in Williamsburg during years one and two. The concentration in International School Leadership is fully online, allowing students to participate from anywhere in the world. A practitioner dissertation model integrates dissertation content and preparation into regular course delivery throughout the program to allow completion of the degree in less than three years. The Dissertation in Practice is a scholarly endeavor that impacts a complex problem of practice. In consultation with faculty members, students design and pursue a dissertation around a specific, contextualized issue typically one that has arisen in their professional work and which has the potential to result in improved understanding, experience and outcomes.

The Executive Ed.D. in International School Leadership prepares leaders to shape effective organizations and lead institutional change in global contexts. The program features a focus on the human aspects of leadership, including cross-cultural and intercultural leadership knowledge, skills and attributes. Career paths for graduates include head of school and other leadership roles in international schools, leadership roles in university centers for international education, and leadership in non-profit organizations focused on education.
