Grade Point Average At least 2.75-4,00 for the final 60 semester 90 quarter hours of undergraduate study and a 3.00-4.00 grade point average for all postbaccalaureate or graduate course work combined

TOEFL 80 with sub scores of Reading 19 Listening 17 Speaking 20 and Writing 21 or equivalent iBT Test Note Total score is higher than the sum of the subscores 60 with sub scores of Reading 19 Listening 17 Writing 21 revised Paper Delivered Test OR
IELTS 6.5 with subscores of 6.0 for all four subscores or equivalent OR
Letters of Recommendation Three letters of recommendation are required
Personal Statement This required statement must address the applicants previous experiences working with youth specifically work with youth in urban contexts as well as professional and scholarly goals

The MEd in Youth Development program will prepare you to create and impact spaces, programs, and organizations in urban contexts to support youth in developing their social, emotional, physical, and intellectual selves.<br><br>Program courses and curriculum are designed to develop youth-dedicated professionals who understand the diverse contexts where youth learn and live. Graduates understand and value engagement with community and school stakeholders to foster youth's strengths.<br><br>Examples of the types of organizations where Youth Development graduates work:<br><br>Community-based organizations<br>Not-for-profit organizations<br>Schools and school systems<br>Government<br>Social service organizations<br>Faith-based organizations
