A certificate of achievement may be earned by completing all the courses required for this major with a grade of C or better. All of our Health and Human Services classes are offered at night or in the late afternoon, so if you already have a job, we make it easy to fit us into your schedule. We also offer real-world experience through internships at local agencies and organizations. Health and Human Service workers help people cope with life’s challenges. Some get people access to food or shelter. Some comfort people in crisis. Others teach people how to stay healthy, or manage their daily lives.
