To apply for admission to Seattle Colleges, international students must submit an online application, which includes completing a questionnaire, uploading all necessary documents. Depending on your applicant type, you may need to provide different documents and/or information with your application. You must also send all required documents by the deadline and be at least 16 years old by the first day of classes. Documents will be uploaded with the online application. Students who will still be underage (16 or 17) by the start of classes must provide a copy of their high school transcripts or a copy of their high school diploma. Proof of English proficiency is not required for admission to Seattle Colleges. However, if you want to skip the English placement test, you can provide proof of English proficiency in advance.
TOEFL iBT - 64, Writing 17
IELTS - 6.0, Writing 5.0
SAT - 510 in Reading and Writing
ACT - 19 for both English and Reading
TOEFL PBT - 507, Writing 4.0
U.S. high school graduation with GPA of at least 2.0

This pathway meets requirements for the Associate of Business - DTA (AB-DTA) with an emphasis in Economics. This sample schedule assumes a fall start. If you wish to take alternate courses not listed below please meet with a North advisor to confirm you're still meeting AB-DTA degree requirements.<br><br>This pathway meets requirements for the Associate of Business - DTA (AB-DTA) with an emphasis in Economics. Completion of this degree opens doors to a variety of careers in sectors including non-profit, business, government, finance, and education. It also allows you to transfer at the junior level into a Economics program at a four-year college or university.<br><br>Students learn a unique way of thinking about the problems, decisions and outcomes that people, businesses and governments incur through the lens of economics. Topics include markets and prices, consumer behavior, employment, inflation, international trade, and government policy. Students in this pathway develop skills in data analysis, critical thinking, quantitative and qualitative research, verbal communication, group communication and collaboration, and leadership and facilitation.
