Develop your practical skills from Level 3 at the on-campus salon with basic colour work, cutting and advanced blow waves and hair ups. Experience what it is like to work in a salon with clients through daily, practical experiences. Benefit from one-on-one, dedicated tuition in a supportive environment so that you can build your confidence and try all sorts of different styles and cuts under the guidance of highly experienced professionals. Every year, we take the top 10 students from across the programmes to join us in Wellington at the World of WearableArt Awards Show. Students get the chance to work at the event and experience the breadth of work that is available to skilled stylists. There are plenty of opportunities to allow your creativity to shine throughout the programme through competitions and events.
