如果学生已完成商业烹饪的SIT30816证书III，则该时间缩短为26周（2个学期）。学生将对厨房管理，财务管理和团队合作有深入的了解。在每个单元开始时，都会告知学生评估要求。评估过程将包括各种任务，以证明所需技能和知识的能力。评估将在整个计划中继续进行，直到学生在评估任务中达到胜任能力或确定并解决进一步的培训需求为止。
This duration is shortened to 26 weeks [2 terms] if a student has completed the SIT30816 Certificate III in Commercial Cookery Students will gain an in-depth understanding of kitchen management, finance management and team work. Students are advised of the assessment requirements at the beginning of each unit. The assessment process will include a variety of tasks to demonstrate competence in the required skills and knowledge. Assessment continues throughout the program until the student either achieves competency in the assessment tasks or further training needs are identified and addressed.
