课程简介
Gain the skills you need to start your career in the Hospitality Industry. You will be operating the coffee machine. Learn to make a full range of coffees, including mochaccino and flavoured coffees. Create mocktails and increase you knowledge around beverage creation. The programme includes running the Rata Room to give you real world experience in all aspects of cafe work. You will also enjoy other work experiences at different venues through the programme and taste testing your creations. Learn how to problem solve and calmly work through with every day situations in hospitality so you can confidently go to work in the industry.
