The Gaspe is the ideal playground for the outdoors. This unique training will allow you to take care of all the stages of a professional supervision of outdoor groups. In particular, you will learn to plan and supervise outings, to transmit skills on summer and winter outdoor activities, to interpret the surrounding environment, to use maps and orientation instruments and to maintain equipment. In the Gaspe, there is the sea, mountains and exceptional rivers to train adventure guides . The training leads to the obtaining of certifications recognized by the industry, such as canoeing, whitewater, sea kayaking, advanced first aid in isolated regions, etc. The Cegep has a francophone sector and an anglophone sector, which makes it easier to learn a second language.
