The post-baccalaureate certificate in Health and Wellness Coaching prepares students for effective professional practice and the eligibility to apply for a national certifying exam to become a certified health and wellness coach. The health and wellness coaching profession has emerged to address an urgent and widespread need to help people increase the quality and the number of years of a healthy life. The 9-credit hour program will introduce you to evidence-based methods and techniques that help clients build self-confidence and self-management skills while addressing their personal barrier, identifying their own solutions and achieving their health & wellness goals.
