If you are applying to the MSc program, you should have completed a Bachelor's degree with a minimum CGPA of 3.0 or equivalent.

Upload unofficial transcripts from each institution you have attended to the online application system. Note that unofficial transcripts are sufficient for the purposes of application review.
Select three referees
Select three referees and include their email addresses when you submit your application. Referees will receive a link via email to a secure form on which they provide a confidential reference.
Optional: Submit any GRE General Test Results & GRE Mathematics Subject Test Results
These are recommended but not mandatory. The Graduate Record Examinations provide standardized tests of skills relevant to graduate students. These allow us to better evaluate your application.
Prepare a research statement
Your research statement will be used to direct your application to faculty who share your research interests. Your research statement should not exceed 1-2 pages.
Prepare a CV
Your CV should include relevant research and academic activities in which you have engaged through your undergraduate and graduate (if applicable) career.

IELTS - Overall band score of 7.0 of the academic (NOT general) test with a minimum of 6.5 in each section. TOEFL IBT - 93, with a minimum score of 20 in each category. For the paper-based TOEFL test, the University normally requires a score of 580, with TWE 5. Pearson Academic (PTE) - Overall 65 minimum 60 in all of their sections.
