Whether you operate a small business or work for a large multi-national corporation, globalization is bound to impact you in some way. Many of the products we buy are manufactured overseas and now, more than ever, it's likely you'll meet and work with individuals from various countries and cultures as customers, suppliers, colleagues, employees or employers.
