Electrical engineers shape the technology that powers our world – from computer systems to electronic devices and power transmission systems. You’ll use your knowledge of engineering principles and practices to design, develop and implement electrical circuits, electronic devices, integrated circuits, microprocessors, computers and control systems. <br><br>Apply your skills with an opportunity to enrol in a paid co-op program, optional specializations in Management Sciences and Engineering Innovation and Entrepreneurship, and leading-edge research projects. In your final year, you can further specialize in Digital Hardware Design, Communication Systems, Signal Processing, Control Systems or Power Systems. You’ll also be involved in a hands-on capstone project.<br><br>Optional Specialization in Management Sciences (OS MS)<br>Students can enrich their studies and hone their management skills with the Optional Specialization in Management Sciences. Courses within the optional specialization cover four major areas in management sciences: Strategic Engineering Management, Operations ManagementOperations Research, Finance, and Organizational Behaviour.
