Two letters of recommendation (including one academic reference from a college or university faculty member)
Transcripts and academic records from every college and/or university attended
A Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) or International English Language Testing System (IELTS) score is required for applicants who have, or expect to have, an undergraduate degree from a college or university outside of the U.S. and for whom English it not their native language. A minimum TOEFL score of 100 (iBT) or a minimum overall IELTS band score of 7.5 is required for admission. If you will be submitting a TOEFL or IELTS score, please be sure to have your score report submitted to the McIntire School of Commerce using the following codes:

A GMAT or GRE exam score is not required to be considered for admission to the M.S. in Accounting Program.

课程简介

In just nine months and 30 credit hours, you'll learn to use accounting and analytics to solve complex business problems and create compelling client presentations as you become a leader in your firm and in the field. By pursuing either Financial Reporting & Assurance or Tax Consulting, youll gain deep technical knowledge within your area of focus. And though our STEM-designated program emphasizes analytical rigor, your education wont stop at hard skills. You'll develop the critical thinking and interpersonal savvy to guide teams and clients with courses in leadership, decision-making, and project management. By the time you graduate, you'll have the opportunity to fulfill the 150-hour requirement for CPA licensure. Check with the board of accountancy for the specific requirements of the state in which you plan to practice.
