Official Transcripts:
Request that all colleges/universities in the U.S. from which you earned course credit submit official transcripts directly to UNT.
Students who previously have earned a baccalaureate (or higher) degree from an accredited institution in any discipline may apply for admission directly to the graduate portion of the program.
International Applicants: Upload copies of official transcripts, mark sheets, and degree certificates through myUNT portal under a single pdf.

Interview
admission to UNT and to the Toulouse Graduate School as specified previously in this section, and
GMAT scores no more than five (5) years old are required for admission purposes,
A waiver of the GMAT/GRE will be considered for applicants who have an earned doctoral or professional doctoral degree from a regionally accredited institution, or its equivalent.
A waiver of the GMAT/GRE will be considered for applicants who have an earned master's degree from a regionally accredited institution, or its equivalent, with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher on the master's degree.
A waiver of the GMAT/GRE will be considered for applicants who have earned a bachelor's degree in business from UNT, or any other AACSB accredited institution, with a cumulative, or last 60 hours, GPA of 3.0 or higher.

The M.S. in Accounting with a concentration in Corporate Accounting is a full-time cohort style program that is designed to provide an appropriate base of knowledge for entry into the accounting profession. A Master of Science with a major in Accounting is designed to provide an appropriate knowledge base for entry into the accounting profession. Students earning this degree will have completed an educational program consistent with recommendations from professional accountants and accounting educators.<br><br>Stricter government regulations have led to an increased demand for accounting graduates in public accounting firms, public and private business and nonprofit organizations.<br><br>Pursuing a graduate degree in Accounting thoroughly prepares you to address a wide variety of professional challenges that arise in the profession. This in-depth study gives you an advantage over others in the workplace. Faculty members are involved in behavioral, empirical, archival, historical and theoretical research. Research topics range from the application of cognitive models to the impact of governmental standards on borrowing costs.
