国际学生入学条件
Secondary educational systems vary across the globe. The United States has a 12-year secondary educational system. Many countries have 10, 11, or 13-year secondary educational systems. If you have attended school in a country where the secondary system differs from the United States, you may be eligible for admission. Each undergraduate admissions application is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
The International Admissions Office completes in-house evaluations of all international credentials and coursework. If a student has attended an educational institution within the U.S., official documents must be sent directly from the institution to WKU. Students may provide a color scan of credentials earned outside the U.S. While an admission decision can be made based upon scanned documents, students are required to present official documents to the International Admissions Office upon arrival to campus. Consulates & embassies often serve as a resource for the attestation of educational documents.
Official Academic Records from schools attended with grades and any degrees/diplomas/certificates received. Should also include a literal English translation.

课程简介
An accounting major can lead to a successful career in many different areas of accounting and business. From the smallest start-up company to large international companies and governmental agencies, every organization requires the skills of accountants. The Accounting JUMP Program allows students to begin work on their MAcc degree during the first semester of their senior year (i.e., on completion of 90 hours of undergraduate course work). A student who successfully pursues the JUMP program [3 Plus 2 years of academic work] will earn 2 degrees: a Bachelor of Science in Accounting degree and a Master of Accountancy degree. WKU Accounting graduates have one of the highest passage rates for the CPA Exam (for schools in Kentucky and surrounding areas with undergraduate accounting programs). The Department of Accounting and the Gordon Ford College of Business both are accredited by the AACSB International. Of the 12,000 collegiate business schools world-wide, there are 876 business institutions in 57 countries and territories that have earned AACSB Accreditation. Similarly, 190 institutions hold an additional, specialization AACSB Accreditation for their accounting programs. Through the Accounting JUMP program, undergraduates can pursue both the Bachelor and Master (MAcc) degrees concurrently (WKU is the only university in Kentucky offering this path for students to obtain the 150 hours needed for the CPA certificate). The accounting programs at WKU focus on developing the communication, problem-solving, team building, and technical competencies necessary for a professional accounting career. All upper-level accounting courses are taught by full-time faculty with their PhD. All accounting faculty hold a professional certification (CPA, CMA, CGFM, CIA, CFE). All accounting faculty have relevant real-world experience. While the faculty are excellent classroom instructors, they are also engaging individuals who enjoy serving as professional mentors to our accounting students. Upper-level accounting classes have a very low faculty/student ratio. Many accounting students participate in the University's Honors program and/or take advantage of Study Abroad & Global Learning opportunities. Over 65% of senior accounting students have career-related experiences prior to graduation. WKU's Career Development Center and the Department of Accounting provide Academic and Career Orientation sessions designed specifically for accounting majors
