Join the next generation of leaders in the fast-growing STEM field of industrial and organizational (IO) psychology. The Master of Arts program in industrial and organizational psychology—personnel and human resources is unique because it allows you to specialize in the “industrial” side of IO psychology.Using the scientist-practitioner model, you will be trained to focus on personnel psychology and human resource management, such as selection and hiring, training and development, job analysis, and performance appraisals. This program follows the educational recommendations of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) as well as the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP).
