Learn the knowledge and skills you need to become an outstanding tax attorney. During this program, you’ll develop exemplary research skills and an in-depth understanding of taxation while getting vital experience representing taxpayers with various personal and business-related issues before the Internal Revenue Service and the Tax Court of the United States through our tax clinics. Tax policies, procedures, theory, ethics and the context of tax rules are all covered.<br>if you Want to accelerate your study or apply graduate-level credit hours you’ve already completed to your LL.M. degree so You can apply up to six hours of qualifying J.D. tax classes taken at other law schools or up to 12 hours of J.D. tax classes taken at UMKC law school.
