The MS Management program prepares students for significant managerial responsibilities in the private and public sectors. Core course requirements provide students with an advanced understanding of how to manage interpersonal dynamics, effectively design organizations, implement planned change and organizational transformations and develop human resources. Students build on this foundation with any four electives in MGMT, ENTP or INTB, or with the courses that comprise one of the career-focused specializations. Strategy examines the development of firm strategic plans and implementation through careful resource allocation. This specialization provides the leadership skills are required for organizations to effectively meet their objectives. Prerequisites may be required for some courses.
