课程简介
Our management major is designed to help you build the leadership, analytical, teamwork, and communication-based skills needed to succeed in today's dynamic business environment. We do this by engaging and collaborating with the San Diego business community and beyond to ensure our curriculum and student experiences are well-mapped to the demands of industry leaders. SDSU is especially well-known for our entrepreneurship program, which is consistently highly ranked among public universities by U.S. News & World Report. Our forward-looking curriculum allows you to gain a general management degree foundational for organizational leadership positions or specialize in entrepreneurship, positioning you to start your venture and/or succeed in entrepreneurial organizations. You are also able to specialize in human resource management, a field with above-average employment growth rate and fundamental to employee and organizational success. One of the requirements of the management major is an internship which provides students with hands-on learning opportunities and the possibility of a full-time position at the end of the internship.
