The MMgt is the first and only program of its kind in Atlantic Canada, and one of only a few available in Canada. This innovative, online, course-based program allows students to explore fundamental management topics as they relate to individuals, groups and organizations. The program is aimed at professionals with diverse backgrounds who are either currently employed as, or aspiring to become, managers in a broad range of organizations.<br><br>The Grenfell MMgt is offered for online study only, and will normally be completed in five consecutive fall and winter semesters of academic study with each cohort of students completing two courses at a time in a pre-determined sequence. An introductory student orientation module is also required. Admission is limited and competitive, and is primarily intended for those who have not previously studied business or management in a post-secondary environment but who are working in or toward managerial positions and require the skillset that goes along with these. Applicants who have completed an undergraduate degree in business, commerce, management, or similar may also be considered for admission.<br><br>The M.Sc. in management is a research-focused degree offered to full-time students in four areas of management - <br><br>General management<br>Human resource managementOrganizational behaviour<br>Information systems<br>Operations management<br>In addition to courses and research, graduate students are expected to participate in Faculty of Business Administration seminars.<br><br>Duration (Full-time students):<br>Full-time: 5 semesters<br><br>Campus: Grenfell<br><br>Application Deadline:<br>December 1 for Fall admission
