Most often, the health services professional is the first person to interact with patients and clients. As a graduate of the Office Administration – Health Services program, you will acquire the knowledge and specialized skills to be an integrated member and provide administrative support to the healthcare team. Highlights Perform a variety of administration functions in support of patient care that requires attention to detail, confidentiality, critical thinking, interpersonal skills and work effectively in a multicultural environment.
