With this internationally respected one-year degree, you'll learn the skills and knowledge you need for a career in tourism and hospitality management.The course uses social science to talk about the industry and teaches you practical skills you'll find essential to the workplace. You'll learn about 'Tourism Concepts and Issues’ and 'Research Methods for the Service Sector' as well as writing a major project based on your interests and career goals.
