To do this, you will explore topics such as organisational behaviour, team building, managing diversity, organisational structure, and human resource management.Throughout your study of human resource management you will be equipped with technology augmented knowledge and learning. You will develop critical thinking skills and technical capabilities for delivering organisational performance through people in the real world.Real-world learning is embedded in this course.
