Digital and online communication, global distribution channels and a global finance system have removed physical and geographic boundaries. Successful multinationals, especially related to hospitality or customer service, such as large hotel chains but also luxury retail, consumer banking and insurance, operate in different countries and across different time zones and they need leaders who can adapt to, and understand, those different and changing economic, political and cultural environments.<br><br>The Master of Global Business Management is designed for experienced professionals wanting to change or enhance their careers or professionals with an undergraduate degree wishing to take their studies to another level. It provides an international business management qualification that enhances business acumen for the global hospitality and/or services organisation mindset.<br><br>The Master's degree also integrates a 24 week Work Integrated Learning (WIL) placement as part of the curriculum. This comprises a research project and a work placement dimension. It provides students with greater experience from a real environment while also building excellent networks of professional contacts.
