Conceptualise and develop a critical appreciation of the role and attributes of the project manager and their part in contributing to organisational integration and beneficial change.Examine and assess project risk factors and various approaches relevant to managing project stakeholder management. Develop critical thinking skills to evaluate the relevance of diverse business and management theories and concepts and apply these theories and concepts to various issues and contexts.You are able to move from full-time to part-time study and vice-versa to accommodate any external factors such as financial constraints or domestic commitments. Many of our students make use of this flexibility and this may impact the overall duration of their study period. Knowledge is developed through guided reading, knowledge-based activities with feedback, and online discussions and activities.
