Leading large-scale infrastructure projects requires a high level of expertise across both engineering and business domains — from financial management to resource coordination and effective communication.Southern Cross University’s two-year double degree — the Master of Engineering Management, Master of Business Administration — is uniquely designed to equip professionals with the integrated skills needed for success in complex project environments. Delivered at the Gold Coast campus, near an international airport and set against a coastal backdrop, the program is led by experienced industry practitioners.Students develop advanced capabilities in project and strategic asset management, stakeholder engagement, accounting, economics, and digital enterprise management.
