Student development then extends beyond the startup phase to understand issues relating to scaling and growing a venture. Students will also have the option for a deeply personal development experience through the course 'Transformative Innovation for 21st Century Challenges', which utilises leadership development theory specifically focused on the consciousness required to manage 21st century complexity.
