The International Foundation in Management leading to various pathways is a one year full-time programme that aims to develop both English language and academic skills to aid a successful progression to an intended undergraduate degree course. It is intended for those students whose first language is not English but can provide evidence of English language of at least an IELTS 6.0 standard (or equivalence).<br>This programme provides a common route of study enabling students on successful completion to access the first year (Level 4) of a wide range of degree programmes within Cardiff School of Management, Cardiff School of Sport & Health Sciences and Cardiff School of Technologies. The international students will benefit from two modules being taught by the English Language Training Centre (ELTC) academics who will provide support with English language and study skills.<br><br>Course Length: The foundation year will take one year (full-time) to complete, with an additional three or four (sandwich) years of full-time study required to complete the chosen degree programme.
