These are an important part of the management process in all organisations.AssessmentThe majority of classes involve a final unseen exam which is normally at the end of the semester. This is normally supplemented by individual andor group coursework.Students normally have one opportunity to be re-assessed for a failed class. Exam resits normally take place during the summer.CareersGraduates specialising in Business Enterprise develop the skills to set up their own business and the entrepreneurial mindset and business skills required by organisations.You’ll have the potential to work in financial services, retail, consultancy and manufacturing with job titles such as analyst, business development manager and project manager.Our recent HRM graduates find jobs in insurance, retail, manufacturing, recruitment consultancy and in the public sector.Some are employed in jobs such as HR trainee, HR assistant and recruitment consultant whilst others are employed in general administration and management.
