Applicants are normally required to hold a second-class or higher undergraduate degree in a relevant area, such as business, economics, management, or HRM, or an alternative degree supported by sufficient relevant business experience. Applicants should also demonstrate a desire to develop their theoretical understanding of Human Resource Management (HRM).

Alternatively, a Pearson PTE Academic UKVI score of 65, with no less than 59 in each component, or an Oxford ELLT overall score of 7, with a minimum of 5 in each component, will also be accepted.
