With over 35 years of success, our Business Studies course is an ideal stepping stone for anyone wanting to work in any industry, anywhere in the world. Students on this course love how incredibly flexible it is, as you don't have to pick your specialism until the end of your second year of study. You'll apply to our Business Studies degree and if you wish, choose to specialise later on.<br><br>BA (Hons) Business Studies has a dual Award with the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), which means when you complete your studies you'll have your Business Studies qualification and a CMI leadership and management qualification. You will also receive a complimentary CMI membership for the duration of your qualification with BU. The International Business Studies pathway will help you to develop cultural sensitivity, as well as a critical understanding of the challenges of working and managing internationally. You'll examine subjects such as the differing concepts of international business etiquette and protocol, ethical dilemmas in international management and the impact of globalisation on business and management. 4 years including a minimum 30-week work placement.
