96 UCAS Tariff points from a minimum of 2 A Levels (or equivalent), preferably to include Drama, Performing Arts or a related subject.
3 GCSEs at grade C, or grade 4, or above.
If English is not your first language you will be expected to demonstrate a certificated level of proficiency of at least IELTS 6.0 (Academic level) or equivalent English Language qualification, as recognised by Anglia Ruskin University.
You may also be accepted to this course with an IELTS 5.5 (Academic level- with no individual score being lower than 5.5) or equivalent English Language qualification as recognised by Anglia Ruskin University, but will then be required to undertake additional compulsory free English language modules in your first year.

UCAS Tariff points acquired from BTEC Level 3 Diplomas in a related subject are accepted.
UCAS Tariff points from Access to HE Diplomas are accepted.
International Baccalaureate Diploma with a minimum of 24 points is accepted, this must include a related subject.
UCAS Tariff points from Scottish Advanced Highers are accepted.
UCAS Tariff points from Scottish Highers are accepted.
UCAS Tariff points from the Irish Leaving Certificate are accepted.
IELTS 6.0 with 5.5 in each element.
TOEFL iBT with 80 overall and a minimum of 17 in Writing and Listening, 18 in Reading and 20 in Speaking.

Explore film theory and film-making from all over the world, as well as different modes of performance with our BA (Hons) Drama and Film degree in Cambridge. Find out what makes this course unique with our short video. As a Drama and Film student, youll explore the latest theory and practice in both fields as we help you to grow into a confident, versatile and exciting practitioner with transferable skills to suit whichever field you hope to work in.<br><br>Performance is at the core of our Drama and Film degree here at ARU, whether youre in front of or behind the camera. Your understanding of film theory and history will improve your acting skills and your hands-on knowledge of performance practice will enhance your filmmaking or writing skills.<br><br>In drama, youll work on public-productions and smaller-scale projects, exploring practices and texts from the 20th century onwards as well as working on original pieces. In film youll explore the language and convention of drama and film, taking in some of the key movements in history from Hollywood cinema through to more experimental modes of performance.<br><br>Youll also have the chance to weight your studies to prepare for a career in the arts or fields such as teaching get ready to change the way others see the world. Youll follow an experiential, 'learning-through-doing' programme. Your degree will see you choosing from a range of career-focused optional modules, completing a 100% practical Major Project in either Drama or Film, and graduating with a professionally produced showreel and portfolio.<br><br>There are opportunities to gain valuable work experience throughout the course.
