112 UCAS points from an equivalent Level 3 qualification listed on the UCAS tariff calculator , including:
A Levels in at least two subjects
BTEC Extended Diploma DMM
BTEC Diploma DD
Access to HE Diploma
T Levels
International Baccalaureate 24 points including a minimum of 15 points at Higher Level
We also welcome applications from students who are taking Level 3 or higher qualifications not on the UCAS tariff calculator and will assess the suitability, on a case by case basis.
In addition to one of the above, you should have:
GCSE English Grade 4/C or Level 2 Functional Skills in English
GCSE Mathematics Grade 4/C or Level 2 Functional Skills in Mathematics
We accept a wide range of European and international qualifications in addition to A-levels, the International Baccalaureate and BTEC qualifications.
IELTS 5.5 with a minimum of 5.5 in Reading, Writing, Listening and Speaking (or recognised equivalent).

BA (Hons) Fashion Culture and Business is a communication and humanities programme that explores the intersectional boundaries of fashion cultures via business, and its significance in transnational and global contexts.<br>This course aims to provide you with a pedagogical structure that facilitates the learning of research methodologies, both qualitative and quantitative. You will be required to engage with communities, locally, nationally and internationally in order to produce outcomes that focus on the analysis of discourse within psychology, sociology, anthropology, and socioeconomic and geographic phenomena relevant to the fashion system. The course will offer you the opportunity to work closely with other students within the Department of Fashion, other departments within the School of Arts and Creative Industries and beyond at the University of East London.<br>The course will also focus on the utilisation of the University of East London's rich background in a diverse student cohort by conducting research practice that engages with both active students and potentially, alumni, whilst following the University's protocols on ethics in research. Digital media outcomes will be a focus of the course, concentrating on the development and refinement of visual diaries, reports and presentations.<br>Fashion is an industry full of vast opportunities and much-needed skill sets that are continually involving. The great thing about studying fashion and developing core skills is that you can work practically anywhere and not just within fashion.<br>Studying fashion cultures and business will give you the opportunity to work in various creative sectors such as media and communication. Jobs include diversity manager, innovation manager, art director, curator, market researcher, editor, journalist, public relations manager and much more.<br>Having a key understanding of culture and diversity is in demand by employers which is likely to put those studying this type of degree in prime position after they graduate.
