国际学生入学条件

A 2:1 or above at undergraduate level in Law or a degree with substantial law content.

Law graduates with a 2:2 honours degree who also have other legal qualifications and/or substantial professional legal experience may also qualify.
English Requirements
IELTS: a minimum overall score of 7.0 including a minimum of 7.0 in Writing, and no less than 5.5 in Reading, Listening and Speaking.
TOEFL: a minimum overall score of 100 including a minimum of 27 in Writing, and no less than 18 in Reading, 17 in Listening and 20 in Speaking.

课程简介

Learn to analyse the roles that multilateral institutions play in regulating crucial international economic relations. The LLM in International Economic Law will give you a theoretical understanding and practical legal skills to understand and work with specific aspects of public international law concerned with economic relations between states and between states and non-state actors. You will be exposed to a detailed analysis of international agreements and organisations concerned with state conduct affecting trade, foreign investment, finance and monetary stability. Issues of international trade and financial regulation will be covered, and you will consider intellectual property law, investment law and competition law, and the issues surrounding multinational enterprises. Please note that not all modules will be available in any one year.
