An Honours degree (2:2 or above) in Accountancy, Finance, Law, Business or Economics. Or an appropriate professional qualification from a Consultative Committee of Accountancy Bodies (CCAB) approved professional accountancy body.
Applicants with other professional qualifications and/or experience will be considered individually.
The qualification the University normally requires is an IELTS 6.0 (with a minimum of 5.5 in all bands) in the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) or equivalent.

Huddersfield Business School is excited to announce a new portfolio of courses that are currently being formalised. These are designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge you need to be influential and successful in a rapidly changing global environment. Our new portfolio covers a wide variety of subject areas offering courses in traditional business and management alongside new and innovative topics. Although this specific course will not be available in 2019, a similar range of courses will follow covering contemporary topics that suit the changing external environment. This course brings together accounting and law, two areas that are vital in the global market within which businesses operate. The course also considers both finance and law from an international perspective, crucial knowledge that will be useful in today's competitive business environment. It will help you to pursue a career in business or finance, by enabling you to develop your knowledge of current developments in the sector. The course is an ideal progression if you have completed an undergraduate degree in a relevant area of accountancy, business, economics, finance or law. Some of the modules look at an introduction to law and in particular the law relating to international trade. The course will help you to develop critical insight by providing vocationally-relevant subject matter, and is highly focused on skills development. You will be introduced to aspects of international trade, gain an appreciation of international corporate reporting issues and sound corporate financial management, developing key skills for a career in business.
