Few would deny that economic issues have been at the heart of historical change or that understanding the modern economy requires an understanding of historical developments. This varied and dynamic degree will give you a deep understanding of the historical origins of economic growth and the real-world economic challenges and opportunities of the modern world. You’ll develop into a well-rounded economist and historian with a unique set of skills that that will stand out to employers.Core modules will introduce you to key concepts and approaches in both subjects, such as historiography, public history, archival research, economic theory and statistics.
