A-levels: BBB - BBC or 120 – 112 UCAS tariff points from a minimum of 2 full A-levels including B in one essay based subject
BTEC: DDM – DMM or 120 – 112 UCAS tariff points from a minimum of the equivalent of 2 full A-levels.
Other qualifications that hold UCAS tariff points, and combined qualifications: 120 – 112 UCAS tariff points from a minimum of 2 full A levels or equivalent including B in one essay based subject.
IB: 30 - 29 points or three Higher Level certificates with 555-554. Either must include 5 in one Higher Level essay based subject.
We are also happy to consider a combination of separate IB Diploma Programme courses (formerly certificates) at both Higher and Standard Level. Exact offer levels will vary depending on the range of subjects being taken at higher and standard level, and the course applied for.
IELTS- 6.0 overall with a minimum of 5.5 in each component
TOEFL IBT- 76 overall, with a minimum of 18 in reading, 17 in listening, 20 in speaking and 17 in writing

Is crime rate in the UK on the rise How are gangs represented in the media How much information should the general public have access to on a trial Our BA Journalism and Criminology will enable you to study contemporary society and crime, alongside building your journalistic skills, to analyse and share information and understand it through a social perspective.You explore a wide spectrum of topics ranging from the impact of computer games on crime to terrorism.
