国际学生入学条件
You should have a lower second-class (2.2) honours (or equivalent) degree in politics, the social sciences, humanities or law. However, we also welcome applications from those with substantial experience in human rights organisations, NGOs, social services, journalism and other related sectors.
When applying, you will be expected to submit the following:
One application form
A short personal statement (800-1200 words) outlining why you are applying for this programme, whch should be specific to our course and institution, and not generic
A copy of your degree transcript: We require an original transcript or a copy certified by your institution. If you have not yet finished your course, please provide a provisional transcript of marks received to date. You will be required to send us your degree transcript as soon as it is available. You will not be able to register as a City student without having supplied your degree transcript.
Proof of English proficiency (unless you are a native English speaker or have completed your first degree in English).
Please note: Academic references are not required when you submit your application. However, the admissions tutor may request them at a later date to help make a decision on your application.
This course requires the equivalent of an IELTS academic test with an overall score of 6.5 with no less than 6.0 in any component.

xplore how human rights have transformed the world we live in. You will reflect on why daily violations of human rights continue and consider what you can do about it. Our globally respected Masters in International Politics and Human Rights is designed to improve your capacity to critically evaluate the international system and the ways in which human rights are (or are not) protected.<br>During this International Politics and Human Rights MA, you will develop theoretical and practical knowledge of human rights, and how they have shape the world we live in. We help you to unpick complex concepts that shape our understanding of the world and identify their impact on global events. This is a constantly evolving subject in a rapidly changing world. As such you will explore unique specialisms supported by up to the minute research. You will graduate with the ability to undertake in-depth research, confidently challenge explanations of social and political life, and evaluate international relationships between major bodies including governments and transnational networks.
