国际学生入学条件

Your qualification will need to be assessed by the course tutor to ensure the programme content meets the required learning outcomes for accreditation of prior learning from HND, Diploma, Foundation Degree or other NQF Level 5 qualification in a related subject. We also require three passes at GCSE grade C or above, which must include Mathematics and English Language, or an equivalent qualification, for example, a minimum of Level 2 Key Skills in Communication and Application of Number. If you have studied for a new GCSE for which you will be awarded a numerical grade then you will need to achieve a grade 4 or above. If English is not your first language we will require an International English Language Testing System (IELTS) with an overall score of 6.0 and at least 5.5 or higher in each component: reading, writing, listening and speaking. An alternative approved Secure English Language Test (SELT) can also be considered if the applicant's element scores are equivalent to those required for IELTS.

Improve your current health care qualification. Enhance your career prospects. Top-up your current health care diploma to an honours degree in only one year of study. This Practice Development course covers the concepts of clinical governance, critical appraisal, reflective practice and public health. Your learning is underpinned by evidence-based practice, which promotes the development of high-quality health care provision. You will also consider health care in the wider social context of health and wellbeing. A key emphasis of this course is on relating theory to practice and enhancing the patient/service user experience.
