Investigate how we behave in the workplace to enhance organisational health and performance in our BPS accredited Organisational Psychology MSc. You will have the chance to study your own area of interest and undertake research in an organisation of your choice.<br>Our programme is designed to give you the theoretical and practical knowledge to work as an organisational psychologist. You will have access to specialist topics such as mindfulness in the workplace, coaching psychology and innovative selection methods. You will learn how to select the best employee and deliver effective training to help them achieve their potential. You will also explore the politics of power on corporate boards and undertake your own research.
