With an integrated year abroad, this specialist programme in Modern Languages, Translation and Interpreting allows you to study two languages alongside supplementary modules in translation and interpreting. At Swansea University, you can study French, German and Spanish both post-A level and from beginner’s level. Students with an A-level in two of these languages can continue their study of both languages with us at an advanced level. Students with an A-level in one of these languages will be required to learn another language via our dedicated beginners language modules. From this programme, you will gain the knowledge and practical skills to prepare you for a professional language career in the modern world.
