The normal entry requirements for undergraduate degrees are completion of 12 years of school education and successful completion of a school leaving certificate equivalent to UK 'A' Levels. TOEFL IBT 72 with band scores of reading 18, writing 17, listening 17, speaking 20. TOEFL PBT - 160.
72 - 168 UCAS points
IB - 72 points from a minimum of 2 HL subjects at H4 or above. Find out more about international application requirements.
GCSE Maths grade 4 (D) and English Language grade 4 (C) or above.
All JH entry points are determined by the requirements of the subject with the higher entry tariff and dependent on other entry requirements for that subject

All students from non-majority English speaking countries require proof of English language proficiency, equivalent to an overall IELTS score of 6.0 with a minimum of 5.5 in each band.

This course gives you an advanced understanding of human psychology, and its application in a wide range of settings. You will also develop core transferable skills highly valued by employers such as time management and effective communication skills. Your first year of study will provide you with a good foundation in the subject enabling you to progress on to your second year where your module options will depend on the proportion of time you choose to study psychology for. Psychology can be studied as a joint or minor subject within the Joint Honours programme. This course will provide you with a good introduction to issues in ethics, knowledge and metaphysics, and the meaning of life. You will be encouraged to tackle the difficult and puzzling questions posed, systematically and objectively, helping to develop skills such as the ability to identify and analyse problems, to understand alternative solutions and their merits, and to make intelligent and well articulated judgments. All the while developing a number of key transferable skills, highly valued in a wide range of career pathways. Optional Sandwich Placement or Study Abroad year.
