国际学生入学条件

International freshman applicants must be high school graduates (students that have the equivalent of a diploma in the United States).

English proficiency is measured through the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL). A score of at least 550 on the paper based exam or 77 on the internet based TOEFL is required. USC also accepts the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) or the PTE Academic Test. Students must score at least a 6.5 on the IELTS, or at least a 53 on the PTE.

课程简介

The studio art degree is a well-rounded major that offers a solid foundation in seven areas of concentration: graphic design and illustration, ceramics, drawing, painting, photography, printmaking and 3D studies. This degree is also ideal for students interested in double-majoring, combining art with a variety of other fields of study, such as history, business, languages and cultures, global studies and more.  <br><br>Students pursuing the art studio degree will gain technical skills and an understanding of the principals of visual organization in order to communicate through multiple art media. Critical theory and art history inform students' understanding of artistic precedents, which students articulate through their 2D and 3D artwork.
