This pathway is designed to meet Associate in Arts degree requirements with a concentration in Digital Arts/Photography. Students who are artistic, good with technology, and are creative thinkers would be ideally suited for this pathway. In this pathway, youll learn the creative, technical and problem-solving skills to design visual graphics for print, web, video, social media, and more. Students pursuing this degree gain broad and basic knowledge and skills in principles of 2-D design, visual literacy, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, photography history, photography technology, operation of a digital camera, operation of a professional photographic quality printer, and more Whether you want to work in a design studio, advertising agency, or in a corporate in-house design department, this pathway will help you transform your creativity into a promising career in digital art/photography
