课程简介

彼拉提斯/舞蹈调理教练证书的设计旨在使个人准备使用普拉提设备的全部范围以及普拉提方法的基础，进行个人普拉提健身方法的教学。将对个人进行培训，使其与初学者到高级学生以及包括舞蹈演员和运动员在内的特殊人群一起工作。重点在于学术和实践经验。由合格的普拉提教练讲授，完成证书的学生将接受培训，在私人拥有的普拉提和舞蹈工作室，健身/保健俱乐部以及提供普拉提的物理治疗机构中教书。
The Pilates/Dance Conditioning Instructor certificate is designed to prepare individuals to teach the Pilates Method of body conditioning using the full-range of Pilates apparatus as well as the mat work repertoire, the foundation of the Pilates Method. Individuals will be trained to work with beginning to advanced level students as well as with special populations including dancers and athletes. Emphasis is on both academic and practical experience. Taught by certified Pilates instructors, students completing the certificate will be trained to teach at privately-owned Pilates and dance studios, fitness/health clubs as well as physical therapy settings where Pilates is offered.
