A Bachelor of Arts in Theatre is broad in scope, but allows you to develop specific areas of interest, like acting or design. You will receive a well-rounded educational experience in theatre that encompasses a range of topics as well as internship opportunities and working closely with theatre faculty and local professionals. Our theatre program is designed to assist and train you in the many arts, crafts and traditions of theatre specializing in the development of actors, designers, technicians and historians. With the guidance of trained mentors, you will receive intensive hands-on training while simultaneously gaining analytical skills and professional exposure in the Greater Kansas City area.
