SAMC has a strong and vibrant Theatre Department in which students are expected to critically engage issues of faith and art in every class, at every stage of their development. Our small class sizes mean the instructors really get to know the students and the students form friendships that last a lifetime. Our BA with a major in Theatre ensures a solid foundation in key subject areas while allowing the flexibility to specialize. Whether you are primarily interested in dramatic literature, playwriting, stage managing, or graduate school preparation, our program can be tailored to each individual. As a part of TWU's theatre program, you will critically engage with issues of faith and art in every class. Our graduateshave a well-rounded theatre education and a broad knowledge of the liberal arts. Previous alumni have established careers as actors, directors, producers, designers, stage managers, playwrights, teachers, and arts administrators.
