The Department of Theatre offers a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Theatre, which equips students with a thorough knowledge of the dramatic arts and theatrical production, imparting vital skills relevant to real-world applications. The BA degree program allows you to create a personalized degree plan that aligns with your interests and career objectives. It offers a wide-ranging foundation in both practical and theoretical aspects, making it an excellent choice for students passionate about various aspects of performance and production, seeking a thorough education in theater. The degree's flexibility also enables students to consider a double major or a minor in another field.<br><br>Highlights<br>The BA in Theatre is a comprehensive 48-hour degree with coursework in performance, technical theatre, directing, design, theatre history and dramatic literature.<br>Students may elect an emphasis in performance, technical theatre and design, or a combination of performance and design/tech.
