The minimum IBT-internet based TOEFL is Writing 22, Speaking 23, Reading 21, Listening 17.( Totel iBT) - 83
An acceptable IELTS score is bandwidth 7.

Applicants for musicology should submit research papers as part of the Rutgers University application. Music-specific materials should be sent directly to the Music Department or may be uploaded with the university application or mailed to University Admissions (address below). After submitting the Rutgers University application, applicants will be sent a link to complete the Mason Gross supplemental application. After submitting the Mason Gross supplemental application, applicants will be contacted directly to coordinate an interview.
