Experience a highly personalized and individualized education at Lynn, given our uniquely small class sizes and emphasis on comprehensive professional performance training. Our faculty offer private instruction, ensemble coaching and a variety of professional music mastery courses. As a participant in our unique chamber music program, for example, you will be thoughtfully assigned to a chamber group in every semester you are at Lynn. Each group will have a structured rehearsal schedule, a weekly coaching and a required performance. Graduate students are assigned specific performance requirements to address multiple career paths. You will complete an additional performance focused in a genre of your choosing in consultation with your teacher. You may also take advantage of additional performance opportunities including weekly studio classes and the performance forums, mock orchestral auditions offered every semester, the New Music Festival and multiple master class opportunities.
